Please know this product contains CANCER CAUSING RED40 and “natural flavor.” If you’re health conscious like I am, be aware. Both of these ingredients are linked directly to causing cancer in the United States. Because of this, BOTH of these ingredients are BANNED in all countries except for the United States. Ordered this without thinking something as simple as melatonin would contain literal poison. Returning mine tomorrow.

I thought these worked well. I didn't mind the flavor. It was like a mild cherry sweetart. I had been having difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep without waking up every couple hours. I absolutely love this melatonin. The flavor (cherry) is nice, not bitter like some, melts quickly, and puts you fast to sleep. I also like it is easy to break if you feel you might need a little less like me. I just break it up and take half, and it works great. If I feel I need more, I can take a whole one and feel refreshed in the morning. I have tried several types of melatonin, and this is my go-to. It is also a really great value!

This store brand version is not the same as the name brand. It is not quick dissolve, the taste is terrible, and doesn’t even seem to have the same effect that melatonin usually has on me. Stick with the name brand.
