Uses

Use relieves occasional constipation (irregularity) generally produces a bowel movement in 1 to 3 days

Directions

Directions do not take more than directed unless advised by your doctor the bottle top is a measuring cap marked to contain 17 grams of powder when filled to the indicated line (white section in cap) adults and children 17 years of age and older: use once a day fill to top of white section in cap which is marked to indicate the correct dose (17g) stir and dissolve in any 4 to 8 ounces of beverage (cold, hot or room temperature) then drink do not combine with starch-based thickeners used for difficulty swallowing ensure that the powder is fully dissolved before drinking do not drink if there are any clumps do not use more than 7 days children 16 years of age or under: ask a doctor

  • A: This bottle. Just an FYI, I needed to split this into two batches. I used my kitchen scale to weigh it. I don’t know why the Miralax “brand expert” is saying it’s not intended for colonoscopy prep; this is the product my gastroenterologist recommended.

Label for directions doesn't peel back

The sticker label on the back of the three bottles I purchased will not peel back for directions and dosage. Super annoying and should be fixed.

Fantastic product

On vacation, after an 9 hour drive, i suffered the worst constapation i have ever had. I went to a clinic in Eureka Springs, ak. He prescribed buying miralax in a grocery store. He said it would help in 2 days. Late the same day it miracously gave me relief. It was exactly what i needed. I am impressed with the product and greatly relieved. Thank you Bayer!!! Works with the same ingredient that they have in antifreeze

After trying so many different options for constipation for my older child, including prunes, smooth move tea, magnesium oxidate, magnesium citrate, and a few others, we had to resort to using this product. It does work. However, it does have the same chemical makeup that they use in antifreeze. Look it up. I wish there was another option.
