It taste horrible, it smells horrible, and it doesn't even help with my constipation. Get metamucil instead or the target brand for metamucil. Also, this is QUITE expensive for the amount you get!

It’s pricey but it works almost 100% of the time. With 18 servings per container, you’d need almost 2 containers for one month’s needs. It is the best product for its purpose that I’ve ever used, even at this price point. Can I say that I find the best price at Target so far?

I had some kind of reaction that was possibly allergic to something in the gummies. My face broke out with a scatter of very small pimple pustules and my face felt flushed. I didn't realize at the time with the first few and then I realized the more I took, the more often they kept showing up and that it must be the gummies. So these are of no good for me

I took these to help curb my sugar cravings and I felt more regular and this gave me a dessert/fruit snack feel. I think 2 was OK as opposed to the 4 suggested.

They’ve helped me get regular over the course of the last month or so… the gummy experience helped me be more consistent as I take it with my other vitamins and not as a separate ritual. I am almost out. I like the taste and texture. They don’t leave a weird residue or aftertaste like some others. I’ve tried in the past. I will definitely repurchase.

I just bought this based on what other said about its tastes. The first few chews were ok but as it broke down, it’s super chewy, it had such a nasty taste I had to spit it out. Looking for a new brand now.
