The scent is too strong and artificial smelling, didn't use as couldn't get past the scent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst shampoo and conditioner I have ever used in my entire life. Please never buy this, you will regret it. It took me months for my hair to recover from using these products. They caused my scalp to be so greasy. I have had to use tons of products, keratin treatments, hair glosses, etc to get my hair back to its normal texture. I understand the whole natural ingredients fad but by the time your hair would get used to this product, is it really worth it? And I’m not even confident that my hair would have looked good by the time I used this for long enough for my scalp oils to acclimate. This just seems like one area where natural shouldn’t be the norm.

Native products work amazing. However, I am not a huge fan of this smell. Unlike older smells it doesn't smell anything like it is supposed to. Still love it but its definitely not a gumdrop smell

The reason I have it 4 stars is because it makes my hair get oily faster and I think it is kind of heavy. Since I have vivid hair color, I try to only wash my hair once a week.

I’m not a fan of the pump because I have a lot of hair and long hair I need to pump it like 8 or 10 times lol it’s just to much the value is good for the price but the pump has to go for us long haired girlies
