They work and help you fall asleep. But, they give you headaches and you feel groggy the next day. And, I only took 5mg=1 gummy. Once I realized that every time I took these, I woke up with a headache, I stopped. Haven’t had a headache since.

I won’t lie, the gummies are yummy & effective after probably an hour, BUT I do have to add that they give me really bad cramps & nausea after taking the 2 gummies. Aside from that, I’ve also noticed it does cause nightmares some nights. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying these anymore.

It's very misleading as in fine print it says one serving is two gummies even though in large print on the label it clearly says 10mg. Because of that I wouldn't trust them.

It gave me nightmares every time I took it. I have taken melatonin several times before, and I wanted to switch brands. After using this, I will continue with the melatonin I was taking.

This is the cycle of sleep where your brain processes and synthesizes memories and emotions from your day where sometimes individuals can experience nightmares/vivid dreams while taking melatonin. They gave me bad headaches everyday after taking them! At first I didn’t think it was the gummies that gave me the headaches because I was like how could melatonin gummies cause such bad headaches, so I tested my theory and I stopped taking them for a few weeks and every day of not taking them I never had any headaches. SO IT WAS DEFINITELY THE GUMMIES! I wouldn’t recommend these at all

I bought this product just today (9/29/24) and found that the expiration date was January 1st of 2024. Horrible mistake on Targets end. I will never buy supplements from here again. Check your expiration dates before you buy Targets products!!!!!!

These work great for me when I can’t sleep, but I only take one. The suggested serving size of 2 knocks me out too good and I have trouble waking up. The taste is better than other brands I’ve tried.

This stuff doesn't work at all. I usually use extra strength Ollys, but wanted to try something new. Full of regrets. Change is never good lol. Took 2 gummies at 1am, it is currently 4:19am & I'm contemplating eating a 3rd gummy. Olly gummies are way better, stay away from these!

Recipe change? The first bottle I bought of this would knock me out for the majority of the night. The second bottle I recently bought is terrible. I’m tossing and turning all night, can’t sleep for more than an hour without waking up.
