Q: Does this have melatonin in it? It is not listed in the ingredients and the woman with the 1 star said it did'nt and the answer given back never defended it, saying it did.

I've tried taking other medicines to help me sleep but it leaves me with a groggy feeling the next day. So I tried this melatonin and it worked great! I took it about 10 minutes before I was ready for sleep and I could feel it working. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I slept the whole night. And felt refreshed! AndI feel comfortable taking this on a daily basis.

Best nights sleep I’ve had in 4 years!!!! I’ve never taken melatonin and I’m regretting not trying it sooner. I took a half pill and was out within 30 minutes. I slept 6 straight hours and feel so rested without grogginess.

It works! I fell asleep within 20 minutes. I've read in Science Daily about most brands of melatonin not being the amount on the bottle, but Nature Made is certified by the U.S. Pharmacopeia.

I've been using Nature Made Melatonin 3mg tablets for years and it has always been very effective. I never feel drowsy yet, somehow, I always fall asleep within 5 or 6 minutes of lying down. Nature Made, in general, makes an excellent product.

The Natures Bounty Melatonin is a very reasonably priced healthy sleep aid. I use the Melatonin occasionally when I am not sleepy at bedtime. Taking 5 mg 30 minutes before bedtime works for me. It makes me feel relaxed and sleepy. It didn’t work if I took it too early. I wake up feeling fresh and rested. My only complaint is that it wears off after about 4-5 hours. But at least I have that amount of good sleep. It worked well for me when I took a vacation and had to adjust to time zones Melatonin is a very helpful sleep aid for me.

I was looking for melatonin without sugar. This one seemed to have no melatonin in it either. It did not work at all. Went back to my first brand and got the best sleep in weeks. Makes me question the quality of all nature made vitamins and supplements.

This little pill works wonders!!! I take it with water & literally 20-30 minutes later I’m out like a light! I have a high tolerance with sleeping medications or sleeping aids. & ONE pill a night works for me! It’s kind of addicting lol. So use at your own good night sleeping will. Be sure to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep so you won’t wake up still a little sluggish. Would definitely recommend.. I even bought my mother a bottle.

I've used Melatonin before, usually the 3 mg, in a generic store brand. I didn't have good luck with it. I was looking forward to trying this one. I have trouble sleeping alot. I can go to sleep, but can't stay asleep. I've taken this several nights a week, not every night, just to see how it was going to perform..... and it works so well! Its a higher dosage than what I used before, so I think that is helping. If I wake up during the night, I can get back to sleep easily. There was one night that I didn't take it and it was a rough night. I never got into a deep sleep pattern. After tossing and turning till 2 am, I finally gave in and got up to take some Melatonin. I took one and went to the couch. I think I only made it about 15 minutes into a TV show before my eyelids were drooping and I was about to fall asleep. So back to bed I went. Slept great the rest of the night, and woke easily in the morning when my alarm went off. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
