Don't buy this model. I have I have owned the Vertuo Evoluo since 2019 and loved it. I decided to upgrade to the Vertuo Latisma and am completely disappointed! When you make a cup of coffee half of it comes out the side into the drip tray! I am returning it...so sad I think it is time to switch to Breville or Ninja.

I absolutely love this machine. It is the bomb. Makes great tasting coffee, too. I clean after every cup and it has been working like a dream. I have had a Vertuo Plus and this Vertuo Latissima. I love waking up to a superb cup of coffee to enjoy. Eat your heart out Starbucks. Nespresso has you over the fire.

I really like this machine. It's pretty much mess free compared to other expresso machines I have tried. I can make a very comparable coffee shop grade hot coffee/latte at home without muc time or fuss. Is it actually the cure for my Starbucks addiction? Sadly no, but I am more pleased with my day to day at home coffee now that I have this machine. Is the cost worth it? Eh...I'm not sure...I think it should be cheaper by about 1/2 the price. But then again, not many machines can produce the same products and quality sooo you'll have to decide for yourself.

I was very skeptical about an automated cappuccino machine but i am very impressed with this machine. The quality and taste is barista level. I have been using oat milk and adding a little cinnamon, i really enjoy my cappuccino!

I loved the machine but a piece on the milk frother broke and you cannot purchase a replacement. What I loved about the machine is useless.

I'd have given this maybe 4 starts on day 1. But over time, the machine fails. Less than a year and the coffee stops brewing hot, the former deteriorates etc. it's not a bad machine, but it doesn't last long enough (12 months with 2 people using it) to justify the cost.

People who have Nespresso tell me that's what coffee is supposed to taste like. Took time to get use to and then was hooked. Told my wife about it and she said WE have no room on th kitchen counter. Immediately declined it regardless of what i said about the coffee but when she went walking with her friend one day afterwards she praised Nespresso and brought her a cup for the walk. She, like me. was hooked . we now have the new machine on the counter of our kitchen.
