A few issues. Despite the alert that the brewer is not connected to my network, it is as indicated by the signal strength icon. Additionally, it takes an inordinate amount of time to brew a cup. It spits and sputters forever.

This particular model scans your pod to determine what brand it is. This takes time. I just want to push my favorite button and make coffee, not stand there for 20 seconds while it's trying to figure out what brand pod I put in it. Also, I wish the water reservoir was larger. There is plenty of room to make it larger.

Unfortunately this was the second replacement for the K Supreme. The first one was after the warranty had run out but this second one didn’t even make 6 months so I’m hoping this one last longer. I do like the K Supreme but the Classic it replaced had a longer shelf as it lasted 5 years.

Wish I had read the description better. I have tried EVERYTHING to connect it to WIFI and nothing works. The Keurig still works just fine you just don’t get the options that come with the WIFI. I bought it as a package deal so I got it for a good price otherwise I would have returned it.

It has a very high pitch noise when brewing. It is very annoying when you have sensitive hearing. The water tank is very small. I drink a lot of coffee and have to fill with water two, three times a day.
