A: Thank you for your question. The cup shelf on the Vertuo Lattissima machine is adjustable and removable to accomodate a larger glass or mug to be placed under the spout. You may also consider best to place the Vertuo Lattissima machine atop our Capsule Drawer dispenser to help accommodate a larger mug under the spout, such as a travel mug as you mentioned. Q: How much milk is dispensed when making a latte?

A: Thank you for your question. For the Latte Macchiato, the amount of milk dispensed depends on the capsule used in the machine. The machine dispenses anywhere from 8 ounces to 17 ounces of milk, depending on the capsule type. This amount can be adjusted. Please refer to the machine's manual on the Nespresso website for further information.

A consistent and dependable coffee experience but without the finesse of a great deal of personalisation. I usually now let the machine extract the coffee from the capsule but manually control the milk to deliver the kind of flat white I prefer. The fully automated setting just does not have the right ratio for my taste and there is little to no adjustment possible with this machine.

The machine makes coffee and milk froth great. However the milk container cover attachment is defective. The connector lets loose and separates under the weight of the milk in the container. If they fix this flaw it will be 5 stars

I've become a loyalist since that day and because of what Nespresso stands for in addition to their multiple flavors, I no longer patronize Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts or K cups.

Had it less than a year & it quit working. It said it needed descaling which we did but we continue to get 2 flashing lights indicating the reader isn’t working (yes, we cleaned it). I would expect much better quality at this price point

I loved this machine but started having problems within a couple months of using. Mainly with water leaking all over my counter and floor, in between uses. I have been sent a replacement, and again within a few months, I am having the same issue with the new machine. I Topped off the water container in the morning, and 1.5 hours later, half of the water in the dispenser had been emptied and leaked all over the counter. I don’t understand why Nespresso can’t make a machine that actually works. I have been a customer for almost 15 years and this is the third machine in a row, I have had to have replaced due to malfunction. It’s absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating.

I stopped drinking coffee years ago...I just thought I didn't like it anymore because I didn't enjoy the bitter taste, so I became a tea drinker. That is until I discovered Nespresso. I was very skeptical about an automated cappuccino machine but i am very impressed with this machine. The quality and taste is barista level. I have been using oat milk and adding a little cinnamon, i really enjoy my cappuccino!
