So disappointed with this model of machine. This is now the second one I’ve purchased. This one stopped working and it hasn’t even been a year Aside from it being very loud while brewing and the lover being somewhat hard to close..I don’t even really care about that... After like 6 months the machine wanted me to do a clean cycle every morning otherwise it would blink red. Well today I tried everything and it won’t brew just making engine sounds when it’s trying to run the clean cycle but ultimately ends up blinking red. Again this is the second time the other one only lasted for about a year and a half that this exact same problem has happened with this machine. So frustrating because it’s not an inexpensive coffee maker. I love the taste of nespresso frothy coffee but to pay so much then have such poor quality is really disappointing.

Great espresso maker, very loud but you get used to it. My only complaint is that finding the coffee sized pods is hard if you are not ordering them directly from Nespresso. I prefer a double shot of espresso so it’s a non issue for me, but my husband prefers a regular cup of coffee.

IT IS SOOOOOO LOUD. Sounds like a leaf blower when it is brewing your pod. I live in an apartment and I have to wrap a towel around it so I don’t wake my neighbors up… I don’t recommend unless you want an actual coffee shop in the middle of your kitchen. Also, the locking mechanism after you placed the pod into the holder is difficult. The design of this machine is the worst I’ve ever seen.

We love Nespresso and have purchased many machines for our home and cottage however the design of this model is awful. The lock on/off lever is very stiff and the design of the used Nespresso pod case is awful. All the pods collect nicely but when you take it out for recycling all the pods fall out all over our counter. The pod box only has high sides on part of the box so all the pods will always fall out. Machines 5 years ago were better.

We have had this machine for about a year, makes great coffee when it works properly. Some pods wouldn't work and It would waste the pods (which have become more expensive) The bluetooth also did funny things and we would have to reset everything to make it work again. Also, living in Canada the recycling process changed multiple times and was a pain to get the bags of pods shipped out. Overall not recommended.

Machines not built to last. Our fourth machine has just died due to a motor issue. 18 months old but told out of warranty but they will give us a slight discount on new machine (about 10% off). Between the numerous increases in cost of pods and the latest problem machine we are Giving up and purchasing a different coffee maker.

Wanted to love this machine but the espresso does not come out hot. I have to microwave my espresso to get to the right temperature. Not worth it in my opinion.

Quality is very important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. You may want to use hot water to preheat the cup to keep the coffee hotter longer, and make sure the size of cup you are using matches the size of the blend. A small espresso poured into a large mug, for example, will cool down very quickly. I love my iced coffee and my pocket was taking a hit with how much I was spending so decided to try this machine. I buy the blonde roasts espresso capsules and brew the tastiest breves! I purchased it in October of 25 and haven’t had a single issue, I love that It comes with the frother so I can make my own cold foam ;) don’t understand the bad reviews because this thing is easy to use and clean and it’s fast!

I've had this machine for over a two years and I still love it. I'm the only one who drinks Espresso in my house so it's perfect for when I want a cup any time of the day but can easily make a fresh cup for any one who visits or when my husband feels like having a decaf. Bought this a a replacement for my Nespresso Delonghi & it had been a total disappointment. The handle constantly sticks & this machine does not allow for you to run straight water through the lines if the machine has been sitting, you have to use a pod which is wasteful.

I loved my machine while it lasted however after only owning it for 2.5 years it randomly quit one morning. The machine would no longer read the barcodes even with all the recommended actions from nespresso themselves. Sad that you can only get a few years out of these machines and thats it.
