A: Don’t even listen to the unknowledgeable Nespresso rep 😂 Yes, the lights indicate when it needs descaled, and if you connect it to their app through Bluetooth, you’ll get an alert that way as well.

A: Yes. Brews hot coffee normally and if you want to use it as an iced feature you press the button twice and it’ll turn the light to a blue to indicate that it’s brewing in cold mode. Seriously, the Nespresso rep below could’ve answered this better.

Cold Brew Style begins by brewing hot to extract the best of the beans and then continues with cool water to remove the bitterness, all in just minutes. Taste the roasted Arabicas’ and caramel notes in a smooth, silky-textured coffee. For the best experience, use cool water (below 10°C / 50°F) in your Vertuo Pop+ water tank and add 3-4 ice cubes to your coffee. 12 fl oz (355 ml) = 2 servings of 6 fl oz (172.5 ml). All other capsules can be brewed hot, but they can also be enjoyed over ice, as suggested for our capsules, such as Iced Leggero, Iced Forte, or our seasonal Limited Editions, Pistachio Vanilla Over Ice and Coconut Vanilla Flavor Over Ice.

Ordered this to replace my older nespresso unit. This one is so perfectly compact. Been using it every day sometimes twice a day and loving the little cup and starter packs of espresso that came with! The little pull out drawer for the pods is effortless. The water reservoir is just the right size too. Nice feature to push the button twice for brewing a stronger espresso for iced coffee. Great quality. No complaints.

I'm enjoying it ONLY if I ignore it does not fit a round mug or espresso cup just right and lots of coffee gets spilled into the coffee tray, which is easy to clean but you feel terrible just looking at all the waste while you dump it. Little dabbles like that have to be thrown under the rug so you sleep at night. Save the pods and refill them with your fav, the poison that comes in these is terrible. The yellow color is so nice though, maybe why I didn't return it.

Machine arrived, unpacked the machine and the pods, and tried to brew a cup of coffee, only to discover that the machine doesn’t work. So, as any person would do, I started a return, because the machine is broken. I had to mail it back to Target, and they of course denied my return because the machine was used. But how else do you find out if a machine works or not? So now I’m out the money for the espresso machine and have no machine. Be careful — this giant corporation wants to rip you off, selling you a faulty machine and then keeping your money for it.

When it arrived it came with none of the other stuff it says it comes with. Just the coffee machine itself. The pods were missing, tumblr, and $20 voucher. Which over all is super annoying because it was describe it was all included and also on the box.

Obsessed with the color and ease of use. It’s a perfect size and also comes with SO much for the price. I’ve never owned a nespresso before, only a keurig and buying this machine was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. Also, someone said in a different review that their $20 voucher didn’t actually take $20 off and just let them get more pods but for free. That’s not the case for the one I received. I just bought my pods yesterday and it did take the full $20 off.

I would not encourage buying this set online. Target did not ship it in a box. They shipped it in the original box and just slapped a label on it and during the shipping somebody stole the extra items. Had to go back in store and get a different one .
