Great machine
So far I love it I was hesitant after reading reviews of how water overflows in the capsule compartment bin and it gets messy. After using it for the first time I was expecting a bunch of water in it but there was barely anything but a little bit of coffee water. Makes great coffee just like my original vertuo machine that I still love and use. Very versatile machine and looks great on the counter. I love the vertuo up so far.

Returned It!
I do not like the design of the used capsule container, because it gets full of water, coffee and mold. The machine is loud too. I returned it and I’m glad I kept my old machine, the VertuoPlus Deluxe.

Looks Nice, but Bad Design!
I bought this in April and I’m returning it because it gets full of coffee in the used pod container and grows mold. I do like that it fits nicely under the cabinet and looks great, but it’s louder than my old Nespresso vertuo plus deluxe machine and the problem with the used pod container is unacceptable. Nespresso should fix the flaw in the design. I guess new isn’t always better. I’m glad I kept my old machine!

Big Problems
This is my third Nespresso machine. I am an avid fan of the coffee. But this machine has been a hassle since I bought it less than 2 weeks ago. I STILL cannot get it to make coffee w/o pressing the button, pressing the button again and again. What's the deal? I am an elderly lady and love my morning coffee. This is about to put me over the edge. Of course it will not pair with my phone app and I have a I Phone 17. I may need to return and go to what I had before.

Do not buy if you are use to the older machines
Really disappointed in this machine, swapped out for the original vertuo machine that had the auto up lift, as it had died after 10 years. Apart from its appearance, there is nothing really nice about this machine. The used pods swim in coffee water, the machine seems to splutter when making coffee (despite the cup being closest to the nozzle), cannot connect app to wifi (after being told by Nespresso support it’s the app and an upgrade is happening tomorrow and then tomorrow). The brew quality is terrible, I have an espresso shot and it’s watery and no longer has the lovely foam head.

UP Machine -???
I have had many different Nespresso coffee makers thru the years ,but not sure about UP. the 1st UP machine i purchased did not work out of the box had to return it. i just received my new UP machine . It feels and looks very cheapy . The drawer where the used pods go makes a mess ,not sure why the used pods are swimming in coffee water and i have been trying to set up the Bluetooth connection but i cannot get it to link -come on Nespresso you can do better

Functions great but pod tray molds quickly
We've had this machine for about 3 months and it has been great in every regard except the capsule tray. The new design of the sideways loaded pods allows tons of water to get into the pod drop tray. With all the extra water it molds very quickly. This requires you to empty and clean the pod catcher tray after every coffee. I would give 5 stars if this design flaw gets fixed. I gave it 4 stars because it is overall functionally better than the Vertuo Next. We love the ability to compress a larger coffee into an espresso, well done with that feature.

Great machine loving my Virtuo Up
Got this machine after my old Nespresso machine arrived at her end of life. I was a little sceptical at using the app but found I could increase the level of heat on my coffee which was a great plus. Absolutely love it now. I am a serious Nespresso fan so would have like$ a larger capsule collection bin but I just check it more often.

Great size water tank

Great Coffee
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee is really VERY SPECTACULAR!!! Operating is a bit tricky because Nespresso doesn't give you much info regarding how to operate in the form of a user manual, so if you're not familiar it can be a bit of a struggle. Be sure to download the full user manual off the Nespresso Site. I wish the machine would allow at least two people to have access to the App WiFi.

Space saver
We've had a few Nespresso machines, this one fits our counter very well. We are impressed with how fast it heats up. I was unable to test our water as it did not come with the test strip.

Up Disappointment
I was excited to receive my new Vertuo Up machine...what a disappointment! It makes the biggest mess when brewing: wet capsules, wasted coffee in the capsule basket, splatters when you open the top to insert or eject the capsule. I regret not staying with my "tried and true" Evoluo favorite.

I love my Nespresso!
