Description
Nespresso introduces the VertuoPlus by De'Longhi, with an all-new design and colors for the ultimate brewing experience. Q: Does the machine bought new come with sample pods ?

A: Mine did not come with capsules. Bought @Target, so not sure if they were removed or it was a return and they keeper the capsules. Was disappointed upon this observation.

A: Thank you for your question. The VertuoPlus machines do not dispense only hot water for tea or other hot water usage. You must insert a coffee capsule for the machine to perform.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our Vertuo Plus machine, if bundled with an Aeroccino3 Milk Frother, can create a delightful Cappuccino or Lattes. The Vertuo Plus machine can brew espresso size beverages, however, it will not dispense that extra shot of water to dilute and create an Americano.

This is amazing! I switched from a keurig to this and I absolutely love it. The coffee is so much better in my opinion and the design is a lot better. It brews very quickly and the water doesn’t take a super long time to heat up. I descale it pretty often to keep the coffee fresh. But I absolutely recommend!!!!

I just bought this machine thinking it would be as good as the old ones. The coffee comes out with way too much crema and not enough pure coffee. The flavor gets muted from this and bitter. I would not recommend it for coffee use.

Meh, just over a year old and it’s extremely loud and is leaking internally all over the counter. All guides say pretty much good luck, we would have to open the machine and have a tech fix. Waste

I absolutely love my Vertuo! I love that we have the option to make the larger pods condensed into a double espresso- it gives you so many options! The noise is quite quiet and won’t have you wondering why everyone in your house is suddenly awake. Cleaning is super straightforward, I just descale every few months. The only thing I find is that sometimes where the pods are inserted can have some coffee/water buildup so just be cautious and wipe with paper towel if you need to

Machine was a gift. Enjoyed initially......then the red light of doom plagued me, even after working my way through the incomprehensible blinking light instructions. Sad part is the lights don't tell you it's time to descale....it shuts down until you do so. Note: I am rating the machine, not the quality of the coffee when it's working properly

Most finicky machine ever. At least once a week my machine will blink red that the water reservoir is empty when it is full and secured in place, takes forever to get it working again and no rhyme or reason to it. Not to mention the money wasted on pods that have been punctured but won’t brew and I end up having to buy a coffee anyways.
