If I can give them a zero star I would. Medford location forgot to give my item, I went back & they gave me a hard time when it’s their fault. After debating for a long period of time, the manager had to get involved. They found the item. The Ninja Blender has worked extremely well. My other one broke and I called the company and they replaced my blender. It’s been great to use it again.

I bought this about a month ago. I enjoy the portability. Sometimes my frozen strawberries get lodged between the blades and they won’t rotate. Easy fix by opening blender up and stirring fruit around.

Terrible product. If you plan on blending powders, perfect. If you plan on blending literally anything else in the world, this product is useless. Low battery, low power, a literal waste of money.

I’ve had this blender for almost a year and am tempted to throw it away. It’s always had a really bad battery life (dies after one use), it gets jammed constantly, and is such a pain to clean each time. I was really excited about this purchase at first, but it’s just become a headache to use. Enough so for me to go out of my way to write a review about it. Bummer.

This blends beautifully if you don’t put a single solid thing in it. Ice? It locks up. Frozen blueberries? It locks up. Crushed ice? It locks up. Banana? It locks up. The one year warranty from Ninja is a piece of junk, too. Since I didn’t purchase the Ninja from the Ninja website, they refused to refund me even just six months into the warranty.

I received this as a gift and it's really nice. It's easy to use and the charge lasts for a while. It stopped working after 5 months of use, so they sent me a new one, so that was nice, so make sure you register it in case this happens.

This blender has a low battery life. Also it doesn't blend well. It advertised as "blast through frozen ingredients" but it really doesn't. The blade gets stuck and you have shake or blend it on a tilt so the frozen fruits don't get stuck in the blade. Sometimes I have to let my frozen ingredients thaw before I can blend it, which is time consuming and now I have a not so cold drink. Would be nice if the vessel was detachable.

I wanted to love this portable blender for smoothies but ended up hating it. The battery power is weak and it takes forever to charge the battery. So it you can get the blender to work, you have a short time to try to blend your frozen and liquid ingredients beige the battery quits. I like the concept but the reality is that it is not a useful too.

I have purchased several of these nd NONE of theme have lasted but about a month. It just STOPS working/ Try to charge, no luck. I will NEVER purchase another one of these. There are better made less expensive models that work just as well. I also can never, in good conscience, recommend this product.

This is hands down one of the worst kitchen devices I have ever purchased. It has a mind of its own and does not work 9/10. Save your money and buy a different blender. There is 0 convenience or usability associated with this product.
