A: It always depends on how big/small you serve your ice cream cups. The maximum fill line for the each Swirl pint that comes with the unit is 16 oz. So in total, you can prepare up to 32 oz (4 cups) of soft serve at a time using both pints.

Ice Cream has an icy texture and tastes watery
Not sure this was our best purchase…. Our diet is “plant based” and thus we use plant or nut based milk in our ice cream recipes. The machine does process our frozen ingredients as advertised but so far all have an icy texture and watered down flavour.

Simple, Healthy, and Surprisingly Fun
This ice cream maker is really easy to use and clean. I like that I can customize recipes and try different flavors depending on my mood. What I like the most is that I can use good-quality milk and ***replace sugar with zero-calorie allulose***. It feels good to make ice cream that tastes great but doesn’t make me feel guilty. Simple and satisfying.

Ninja soft serve
The ice cream machine is loud,. Frozen mix after blending comes out too soft to hold shape. When blended mix is harder, the machine struggles to dispense. I’ve only made 6 sets and not so impressed with the machine. But if you want to spend lots more for an ice cream machine, you might get different results. You need to be creative in-order to get expected results.

Great product however, it is exspensive and like every other machine I looked into you still have to freeze your ingredients for 24hrs. It comes with a small recipe book which is great for beginners. I ordered extra containers so I can make different flavors as this only comes with 2.

Don't buy
I bought\nThis about a half a month ago , and I have been having issues here , and there. The soft ice cream sometimes does not want to work. I called and the day I called to get some help.The darn machine worked correctly. After I got off the phone.That was a different story.So I'll have to give this machine two stars

Needs improvement
The lock on the soft serve machine does not work well. It gets stuck and my husband and I can’t unlock it and he’s really strong. Unfortunately can’t use the soft serve feature and I wish I stayed with the previous model.

FedEx nightmare
This order has been a nightmare with FedEx. First they delivered to the wrong address & I did not get. Then, it was redelivered by Target (thank you) but FedEx left out in rain & the box is ruined. It is a wedding gift. What is frustrating is I have a covered porch but FedEx left out in eliminates. You see in the photo how wet the matt & cement is.

Does not hold up with every day use and Ninja support is grade F
My husband bought this for me in mid-May and we loved trupying the different items (icecream, sorbet, fruit whips, etc). We were using it everyday. Mid-July I received an error message, I did what it said and it did still not work, so it said to call Ninja. The first time I was on hold for 15 minutes and hung up before I got a person. The second time I got a person in 10 minutes. They said I had to ship it back and they would ship a replacement. I shipped it back, they received it on 7/29 and I still as of 8/9 have not received my replacement. I contacted them, they confirmed they received my unit and are waiting for the replacement to be released. Don't waste your money. What you can make is delicious, but it is huge, extremely loud, and just does not hold up.

Love the output, couldn't deal with the noise
I have heard that the Ninja Creami was loud, but I am used to louder machines (blenders and such) and figured it would just be a few minutes. So I splurged and bought myself one! I made a nice cream and a protein ice cream in it. Boy...was this thing LOUD. Too loud to be able to enjoy with kids and make summer treats as I was hoping, or to have a fun ice cream night with my girlfriends. The output of the ice cream was great and it tasted yummy. The soft serve function was pretty cool and created a nice swirl. I really wanted to love the Ninja Creami swirl...but at the end of the day I had to return it because I just couldn't see myself being able to stand that noise, especially with the footprint that the machine takes up (it is big so you need to have enough space to be prepared to keep it somewhere)
