Takes a few days for the wrinkles to dissipate but nothing to worry about. Comfy and you certainly want a rug pad. We went with the superior one and are very happy. Our kid is very happy with it too!

    Stinks so bad like chemicals

    This rug stinks so bad like chemicals. I’m used to some off gassing when new products arrive but this one is SO bad. Wish I could send it back. When you walk on it with bare feet it leaves some sort of film on my feet. Almost like it has a layer of chemicals sprayed over the top. Not safe for a nursery or babies room!

    Wouldnt recommend it -- very strong smell

    Very, very strong plastic smell, similar to what the other reviews said. We unrolled it in my daughter’s room and I was worried about putting her down for her nap because it was so strong. It was a nice rug but could have been better quality. I don’t recommend this.
