Perfect steak grill
Everything that I had concerns about as a result of reading reviews were found to be unwarranted. Regarding sear marks on meat. Using the included grill plate it gave my steaks sear marks. With regard to preheating. Every use that I have had the unit preheats. I bought this to replace my ninja smart grill xl and so far its been an excellant replacement. The only draw back that I have is that it does not display the temperature when using the probe. My steaks have come out of the unit cooked perfectly every time.

GameChanger for Quick Easy Meals
Since I purchased this wonderful product I am refusing to use my stove. This makes cooking so much faster, enjoyable and tasty. Thanks to the multiple functions I can choose either to grill, airfry and more. It is big enough to cook an entire meal for my family or just reheat some food when I need to. It is smokless and that is something that my family and I appreciate because we have small kitchen. I find it very easy to clean, much easier than to prepare and cook in different pots and pans as I would do with a regular oven. It heats up quickly and cooks the food just right.

Versatile Indoor Grill
Smokeless grill for indoor use. We no longer have to worry about weather for any BBQ food. Love that there are so many functions for this machine. It is of a nice size, could totally cook a whole chicken in this no problem. For the amount of things this can do. It really does save you a bunch on counter space. Easy touch buttons and can heat up to 450degrees. Air fry, grill, bake, griddle, broil, roast and dehydrate all in one, what's not to love

Effective and Convenient
I've used this twice and love it. I've used the grill for chicken thighs. It did take about an hour for them to cook through but I also was playing with the time and the setting to see how long or short it would take. I use the air fry to reheat some leftover food and it heated it quite well. I used a foil sheet to line the bottom tray so there was no mess to clean up. This works quite well.

Disappointing Grill Feature, Poor Customer Service
Was excited to try the grill feature but honestly, things weren't any better than just using the air fryer. I did like that I could see food as it cooks. Top heat element stopped working 1 month after warranty expired. Tried customer service to see if it is worth ordering parts to fix it. Never heard back from them. Basically an overpriced air fryer & not worth it. Will not be buying from this company again.
