Packaging Issues
I have been using this leave-in conditioner for a while now and it does my head in that maybe one in four bottles has a pump that actually works. Whoever handles the packaging for them really needs to improve this. As far as the actual product, it's probably not as deep a conditioner as I need for my bleached hair. So between that and the packaging I'm probably going to start looking for something new.

Will not open
Help, how do I open the dispenser?! No one in my house can figure it out. We are following the open/close arrows but nothing is working. Frustrating!

I live in a high altitude dry climate with hard water. Unfortunately this leave in conditioner leaves my hair feeling dryer than when I use nothing at all. May work better in a more humid soft water environment. So tired of wasting money on hair products.

A little too heavy for my curls
I love Odele products, but this one missed a bit for me. When looking for leave in, I want something just heavy enough to define my curls but not so much that it makes my hair feel oily. Ironically I prefer their hair oil, it is light enough that it’s not greasy but it makes my curls defined and bouncy.

Completly unusable waste of money
Can’t even speak to the product (besides the fact that it’s incredibly over fragranced) because it is quite literally impossible to use. No matter how well you follow directions, no amount of twisting, turning, or pulling can make the pump operable.

I use this everyday following regular shampoo and conditioner. It leaves my hair soft and shiny. It is very light and not at all greasy like some leave-ins. The smell is very light and clean.
