Burns my eyes
I bought the new complete 15%SPF for sensitive skin. I am not at all happy with it. It’s burning my eyes and making them water. I have used the older version for as long as it has been on the market and prior to that the sensitive skin before it had SPF and I go back to the pink Oil of Olay. Your product has been the only face cream I have used. Unfortunately I will need to look for a new face cream.

Don’t buy it!
It is not for sensitive skin. My skin is irritated & eyes running. Sorely disappointed the sensitive formula is no longer available. Been a customer for 20 years, going to a different vendor. Bye, bye Oil of Okay.

Unhappy loyal customer
What happened to the formula? I have used Olay face moisturizer for 35 years. The ingredients have changed over the years, but now I feel like I'm applying true sunscreen vs the lovely moisturizer I have turned to for ages. Like others, I don't like the heaviness or the burning sensation when I apply the latest formula. Please listen to your loyal, long-time customers and return to the lightweight, non-burning formula we all loved.

Horrible new formula
I have used Olay for years. I had to buy a new bottle and saw the Olay Complete had a new look. When I tried it it burned and caused breakouts which is totally uncharacteristic. Then I looked online and saw that the formula was changed. WHY?? Please bring back the old formula, it was perfect just the way it was. I also see many others begging for the old formula to return as well. I hope Olay will listen to its loyal customers otherwise it unfortunately may see less and less customers. I k ow I won’t be purchasing anymore unless the old formula returns.

Formulation change
I have worn this product for 15+ years, and purchased my newest bottle some time ago (I go through each large bottle slowly), and this new version causes my eyes to sting, itch, and tear with minor swelling like I’m having an allergic reaction. I can’t wear a lot of sunscreens on my face for this reason, but my Olay sensitive skin had always been the one that worked. I’m hugely disappointed that this product has changed and now causes such intense irritation.

Burning eyes, irritated skin
I am so confused on why you change a product that has been so good for so many years? I have been using this moisturizer for 15 years. My teenage son started using it 2 years ago it because it didn’t make his face break out. Everything was perfect! Now both of us have skin irritation and our eyes are randomly burning throughout the day. He is an athlete, and when he sweats his eyes are now severely irritated. I am so sad that we have to shop around to find another product. And it definitely won’t be an Olay moisturizer.

Formula Change - Boo
I wish I could leave less than a one star review! I am so disappointed! I noticed that the bottle had changed, but wow, so has the product! The consistency is thicker and the smell is NOT GOOD! I’ve used the original moisturizer for 30+ years, at the recommendation of my dermatologist that many years ago. Sadly, I will be returning the new bottle I opened today and looking for something else. I’ve avoided the more expensive brands because Olay was fantastic for me. If something isn’t broke…perhaps don’t try to fix it.

Sad and super disappointed!
I have thankfully and gladly used OLAY Moisturizer Lotion (prior to and since you created the Sensitive version or added SPF) for about 50 years. I am so incredibly sad and disappointed with the new (2026) formula. As the day goes by, my face feels more and more greasy/oily. Please bring the old formula back, or at least make both the older and newer available, to give us previously satisfied users the choice of product. Until then, I'll have to find a different company that provides a suitable moisturizer. [Also sad - I have stock in P & G and have been quick to let others know of the quality and efficacy of the OLAY Moisturizer Lotion!]

No! On the new formula
I've been using this brand and formula for decades youve recently changed it and I noticed when I had to squeeze on the bottle to get it out, next it went on thicker, and now 20 minutes later I feel it on top of my skin. I'll not be using thos anymore. I'm heart-broken that you have no idea of your current customer base.

Disappointed
I have been using this product for 25 years with great success until... you have come out with this new formulation. It's not just the packaging that has changed. The actual product has changed. Unfortunately, I can no longer use it. It burns and dries out my skin. Now I'm on the market for a new product and experiencing nothing but break outs. I have hyper sensitive skin. I can't even use anything with vitamin E or tocopherol yet I know the old formula had vitamin E. Go figure... it must have been a very small amount. Anyway, now I'm stuck. My skin is screaming. Oh, and that white cast I got from the old formula was fantastic; it acted like a blur for my fine lines, so I loved it. Please bring it back. You've tried fixing something that was far from broken.

Not a One for All
I've been using the previous version of this moisturizer for about 4 years on my Very sensitive face after trying several products that would continually break me out. Having been on Dermatologic treatment and finally finding a great product that even my Dermatologist approved of, for my skin, was Exciting and Hopeful. No problems, light/hydrating moisturizer, and great sunscreen protection that worked well alone and with my makeup. Right after applying this new formula, my face started to itch and burn that I Immediately washed it off to prevent further issues with my skin. My Trusted Olay moisturizer has changed and now I'm back to Nothing! Please bring back the previous version because apparently this version is Not a "One for All!"

New formula is awful
This was my go to daily moisturizer for years and years. I loved it! The new formulation is AWFUL. It is thin and watery, yet leaves a greasy film on my face. By mid morning this stuff has made it into my eyes and it stings like the Dickens! For the rest of the day my eyes are burning and tearing up. Now I need to find a new daily lotion. I am so disappointed.

Too thick
Have been using Olay Complete spf 15 for years. Saw that this had spf 40 , so bought it. It is very thick and I find That as day goes on it seems to clump on my face. Would be great if it was as smooth/thin as the spf lotion Thank you .
