I started taking these supplements to help me sleep and they were great at first! The taste was good and I always woke up feeling refreshed. Unfortunately, after a while, they seemed to lose their effectiveness and I stopped using them. Still, I'd recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a sleep aid.

I bought these to help my 15 year old son sleep because he has trouble falling asleep at night. The first night my son tried these he didn’t love the taste but BOOM he was asleep in 15 minutes!! He then continued to sleep through the night and when he woke up he was still groggy. He texted me from school that morning complaining that he was still groggy through that morning into lunchtime. We decided to tryout just 1 gummy and that has continued to work amazingy for him. The taste isn’t great but it is not bad, it’s do able and not an issue. The taste is nothing compared to all the sleep deprived days of old that he experienced before these gummy’s!

I take one whenever I’m having trouble sleeping and completely knockout 15 minutes after taking it. When I feel as though I do have a lot on my mind or a lot of energy I do take two. Personally I prefer not to take them regularly because I believe (this is an opinion I’m no professional) that you can become dependent on these. I love them!
