Q: The new design is awful! It no longer glides but feels like sandpaper between my teeth. They shred and break before I am done flossing. Can you please return to the old design? Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a different option for now.

Q: Does this product have PTFE? Does this product have PFOA? I don't want to put teflon in my mouth and on my teeth on a daily basis.

I've been using these for a few years now and absolutely loved them. I just bought 2 bags about a month ago and these are trash. They start shredding before I can get all of my teeth flossed and I don't have tight teeth. Please bring back the old ones, I'll be buying something else if you all don't.

Long time user and lover of these… until they changed the floss. It’s terrible to over pay for bad floss. Breaks easily, doesn’t work well at all. Bring back the old design!!

We found our favorite floss picks (or so we thought) in large packs at the our local BJ's. We purchased 2-packs of 300. We have now discovered that they have changed them to "outlast". They should be called "dontlast' as they are horrible. They come apart in your mouth, break and are overall horrible Why change something that has such a loyal customer base. I have 2 bags of 300 that are unusable

I have used Oral B picks for years, they have "BEEN" great. The last few bags are not so good. The floss is not smooth anymore, it becomes stringy and catches bad. It seems you have changed the floss. Not good.

Been using glide floss sticks for years and recent change to floss string structure is a huge step back. The string is extremely poor quality. It frays almost immediately and gets stuck between the teeth. Old string weave was strong, flexible, resistant to fraying. It could have been used multiple times. New weave design some times takes 2 floss sticks to floss all of the teeth. Extremely disappointing seeing a good product taking a huge step back in quality so that they can make more money.

I won't be buying these until they get back to the original product. I've talked with several other people who use these and every single one of them has the same feedback. Whoever designed and then approved the new product needs to do better.

I strongly dislike this batch of flossers by Oral-B. I thought this was a reputable brand and was disappointed that they put out such poor quality flossers. You floss between a few teeth, the string tears, and you find that you have to get another one. Ridiculous!
