A: We're very sorry for the confusion. All of our iO models have a sensitive mode that you can cycle through. Pressing the button a few times should get you to the sensitive mode, which will be slower than our other modes.

It’s loud & hard to turn off. It doesn’t let you know when the battery is low and needs to be charged. It just stops after 6-7 days. My other toothbrush was better but didn’t want to spend $200. This was under $50 & does the job. I can put up with it.

Died after a year and 3 months. Cleaned fairly well while it lasted. Replacement brushes are expensive. Totally not worth the price.

We’re sorry to learn about your troubles, and that your brush isn't working as expected after only a year and a half. Each iO should last three to five years when used as directed. It might help to make sure that your toothbrush has been powered off before putting it on the charger, and that the charger isn’t on or near a metal surface. This can interfere with the electromagnetic charger, and lead to charging problems. Try using a different power outlet or charging another device on the same charger, if that’s a possibility. MOLD ISSUE- do not buy

DO NOT BUY- after less than 3 months of use mold is embedded in the rubber part above the part that lights up. (I’ve tried disinfect wipes, dish soap, vinegar) NOTHING gets it off. I’ve cleaned the toothbrush at least every couple weeks but now it’s not going away! I had a sonic care before this for years and never had this problem.

Mold requires organic material to grow, which isn’t present in our brushes. While it’s rare, mold can develop after use if the brush is stored in a damp area or comes into contact with certain cleaning agents or soaps that can make the plastic porous. To prevent this, it’s important to clean and dry your brush after each use by rinsing the brush head under running water with the handle on. Then switch it off, remove the head, clean both parts separately, and dry them before reattaching. My mouth felt clean and refreshed with the electric toothbrush. The noise didn't bother me much. I would recommend this product as it does have a few modes to it where you know if you are brushing too hard or not enough. I recommend this product.

It tells you when you’re pressing too hard of your teeth during cleaning and it’ll be green when it’s on the right pressure. The brush is pretty easy to replace. Battery life lasts a long time too.

Just amazing, it is in the pricier side but it is worth it. battery last long and it’s just amazing.

I had never used electric toothbrushes before, so I decided to try them. At first, the vibration of the brush feels a little uncomfortable, but after one or two uses, you get used to it. I must say that my teeth feel and look quite clean compared to brushing with other traditional toothbrushes.

The cleaning power is definitely better than a manual toothbrush, and my teeth do feel smooth after brushing. However, for the price, I expected more. It lacks some of the smart features available in other iO models, and the vibrations can feel a bit harsh on sensitive gums. The design is sleek and modern, but the brush head replacements are a bit pricey. Overall, it’s a decent toothbrush, but not quite the premium experience I was hoping for.

This is an affordable toothbrush for the value and power it packs. I love the multiple brushing functions it has to suit a variety of needs. My favorite feature is the pressure sensor, which is so important when using an electric toothbrush. The design is sleek- from the toothbrush itself to the packaging- and overall it is very easy to use. The handle fits comfortably in my hand. The one thing that doesn’t work for me is the brush head- its size and round shape is something I am not used to, and it made maneuvering round my teeth difficult. Overall, this is a great toothbrush for its value, as long as you are comfortable and experienced with a round brush head.

The toothbrush heads can get pricey, but this set is worth it if you want a good toothbrush. Has 3 modes and is powerful but not waterflosser powerful (iykyk 😅). Battery life is great. Doesn’t make a lot of noise. Oh and a big plus is that it doesn’t take up too much space. I would say if you use this along with a water flosser your teeth will be pearly white and plaque free!
