Gave as a gift. Missing charger and brush heads. I think it was at used item and can’t even return because it was a gift and I can’t voice a complaint as it don’t allow you to fix an issue on target !!! Junk waste of 120.00.

Oral-B electric toothbrushes should last between 3-5 years, so this isn't something we'd expect. When charging your iO7, it must be powered off before putting it on the charger, with the charger having the right side up with a raised circle in the center on the top. Also, ensure the charger is not near or on a metal surface, as it can interfere with the electromagnetic charger. It was great until it stopped charging! I purchased this toothbrush on April 10,2023… it’s now December 14, 2024 and it will not charge at all. It started with dying on the daily clean setting within 30 seconds of using it so for months I could only use the whitening setting… now it won’t charge or turn on at all.

The brush feels good but everything about the design is the worst. First is magnetic charging slight touch on a crowded sink will topple it off. Screen is pretty much usuless when brushing because we can’t see it. Also there is huge gap where the brush head fits into the handle and finally after the brushing when it’s placed on the charger the water will flow down and collect at the charging location. Not sure how this super expensive brush passed all the design flaws.

All of our products undergo thorough testing during the manufacturing process to ensure optimal performance. Using gel toothpastes can sometimes lead to buildup in the brush head, as the gel may become trapped in the shaft, making it hard to rinse out. Please rest assured that this material is not harmful. While it is very rare, mold on a toothbrush can occur if it is stored in an environment exposed to mold and bacteria, or if the plastic comes into contact with ingredients of a corrosive nature (e.g. cleaning agents, sprays, cosmetics, soaps, etc.). However, there's nothing in the actual brush head that can support mold growth. To help prevent this issue, we recommend rinsing the brush head thoroughly while the toothbrush is switched on, as this helps minimize any toothpaste residue. When replacing the brush head, ensure it’s pushed all the way onto the handle to eliminate any gaps. Lastly, be sure to dry the brush thoroughly and store it in a clean, dry place. I thought I was upgrading to this brush from my former Sonicare. I have a small mouth and thought the rotating brush head might clean my hard-to-reach back teeth more easily. I don’t like the feel of the movement as well, but I like the magnetic charger and I like the pressure sensor. Tbh, I don’t think it cleans better than the Sonicare, but it cleans equally as well. The problem is, even when thoroughly rinsing and air drying the brush head and handle after each use, it builds up a disturbing amount of black gunk where the head connects to the brush, and inside the head itself. Only after googling did I find out that the black gunk is mold and bacteria. GROSS! I never had any buildup like this with my Sonicare, and that only ever required a quick rinse. I expected much more from this $150 toothbrush, and now I totally regret my purchase! I’m going back to Sonicare and getting rid of this one. The “tips” offered online to keep it gunk free are way too time consuming to do on a regular basis. After only 5 months of use, I’ve decided I’m going back to Sonicare. I DO NOT recommend this brush. What a waste of money!

I love this electric toothbrush! Im not sure how it compares to others since it is the first one Ive owned. I will say its so much quieter than my sister’s phillips sonicare. It does kinda drip so venting in the brush head could be a lil bigger but overall its works really well and love the app connectivity.

This is the best electric toothbrush I have ever owned, coming from someone who’s had many from every brand in the book. For the price it’s perfect and does everything. I love the gum care setting since I have very sensitive gums and it doesn’t hurt them after a few brushes but still giving that whole mouth clean feeling. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for an electric toothbrush!

My teeth have never looked and felt healthier than they do after just 2 weeks of use with this toothbrush. I’m amazed!! If you’re on the fence, stop hesitating and get it!

The brushes seem good but please notice that the 2-pack only comes with 1 additional replacement head. I thought there would be an additional replacement head for each but instead there are only 3 total heads in the package. So my wife has a replacement head and I do not. I should have paid closer attention to the description and not assumed each brush comes with a replacement head. I think this 2-pack would make a lot more sense with 4 total heads. Just strange to call this a bundle if it is designed to be shared with two people but only one gets the extra brush head.
