Great toothbrush terrible battery
I purchased a toothbrush two months ago and while I can’t say that it has cleaned my teeth thoroughly as well as prevented tartar around my gums. I only SJgave it three stars because the brush heads are too big for my mouth, causing me to gag as well as the battery life. If the toothbrush is not in an upright position, it never goes to sleep if it’s laying down or if you continuously open up your drawer, it will still be on.

The iO series 7 is designed with openings on the brush heads to allow water to flush through the brush head tube and let air inside. This venting ensures the brush head dries sufficiently after use and reduces moisture inside the tube. What you have described can occur if the brush is stored in a location exposed to mold and bacteria, and the plastic comes into contact with corrosive ingredients. Certain ingredients used in those types of products can make the plastic porous, allowing dirt and moisture to find places to settle. To avoid this, it's important to always rinse your brush head thoroughly after each use to prevent residue from building up and blocking the openings. The average lifespan of an Oral-B electric toothbrush and its charger is approximately 3-5 years, and we're sorry to hear you brush stopped working after a year. Our products go through many quality checks, and we try our very best to make sure they reach you in perfect condition. We're disappointed that wasn't the case with this purchase. Please make sure your toothbrush has been powered off before putting it on the charger, and that you are not charging it on or near a metal surface as it can cause interference with the charger. Please try another outlet to ensure it's not the outlet. Also make sure you are using the charger with the right side up (writing on the bottom; raised circle in center on top). Target shipped a used tooyhbrush with missing parts
Gave as a gift. Missing charger and brush heads. I think it was at used item and can’t even return because it was a gift and I can’t voice a complaint as it don’t allow you to fix an issue on target !!! Junk waste of 120.00.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my daughter got me this about the three months ago and it does not clean my teeth as well. I want to go back to my old Oral-B. Even my Dentist had to work on my teeth longer at cleaning them this time because of my new iO 7

Also, ensure the charger is not near or on a metal surface, as it can interfere with the electromagnetic charger. Battery/charging issuws
It was great until it stopped charging! I purchased this toothbrush on April 10,2023… it’s now December 14, 2024 and it will not charge at all. It started with dying on the daily clean setting within 30 seconds of using it so for months I could only use the whitening setting… now it won’t charge or turn on at all.
