Finally the batteries, (built in & permanent), and only just recently, began taking longer to charge and holding less power, thus buying new. Otherwise, they just never die. Zero complaints on our part. Just be sure to replace your brush every three months!

(2) Use the brush until it is completely discharged (or close to fully discharged). (3) Repeat. Do not store the brush on the charger after fully charging. We hope this helps you out!   • A: Yes, all Oral-B electric toothbrushes are waterproof, so it is fine to use them in the shower. However, we don’t recommend immersing your brush in water. We recommend making sure that you completely dry the handle after use and before charging.

Q: I have mine a month now and it leaves a white residue when left standing in the bathroom cabinet. The toothpaste I use is green and I wipe the brush down before putting it in the cabinet. Any ideas?

    The buttons are insanely hard to press, to the point where I want to throw it away. It doesn’t stay charged well either. Otherwise it’s better than some mediocre electronic toothbrushes.

    Great electric toothbrush.

    This is a great electric toothbrush. Can’t understand why anyone old enough would only use a manual toothbrush. Once you use this toothbrush your teeth & gums will not feel as clean when you use a manual toothbrush. I like the 30 second timer for the 4 quadrants. My prior electric Oral B lasted 12 years & only had the 60 second time for top & bottom teeth. The charge on my last one lasted for quite a few days on a trip without using the charging stand, hopefully this one will too. I recommend after each use pulling off the Toothbrush head and rinsing both the handle and toothbrush head off quickly, then pat them dry and put together on the charging stand. Don’t waste your money and anything fancier. You don’t need a toothbrush with WiFi!😬

    Miss old version!

    This toothbrush may no longer be my fave. I've used it for years but with my new one, you have to push the button 3 times to turn it off AND the power cord is much shorter. Still a good toothbrush but those 2 things make it less convenient to use.

    Doesn't charge properly after 6 months

    This product worked properly for six months then did not sound like it was on full power and did not hold a charge for more than a couple of days. Also, I did not like it as well as the older model because it is long and slippery and does not have a grip. I had to put tape around it in two places to get leverage. This is all very disappointing.

    Wouldnt repurchase

    My previous OralB (a model that had more extra features) died and I needed a replacement quickly. Figured I’d give this a try since I’d been happy with my old one and this was available for pickup . This one is subpar. First it takes about 24 hrs to charge. It also doesn’t seem to hold a charge that long, compared to my old one. Then the handle is smooth plastic, so when brushing and your hand gets wet, it is slippery and harder to not drop it. I don’t recommend this and would not repurchase it if I could do it over.

    Stops charging after 4 months

    stopped working after 4 months. this toothbrush won't charge anymore. I thought maybe it was the charger so I changed chargers but it isn't. It's the toothbrush. Super frustrating.
