Description
Remove plaque and experience a deep, effective clean with Sonicare technology, removing up to 7x more plaque vs. a manual toothbrush. Sonicare technology gently pulses water between your teeth, for a month's worth of manual brushing in just 2 minutes. The QuadPacer lets you know when you've spent the optimal amount of time on each section of your mouth while the SmarTimer signals when your 2 minutes is up. The pressure sensor flashes red to remind you to ease off, helping to prevent gum recession, while the 2 intensity settings ensure a comfortable clean that’s right for you. Going electric might feel like a big step, but with this brush you’re in safe hands. Its slim ergonomic design and familiar-shaped head gives you everything you need for an effective clean. The kit includes 1 Philips Sonicare 4100 electric toothbrush, 1 Optimal Plaque Control (C2) brush head and 1 USB charging cable (wall adaptor not included).

I bought this same model toothbrush in 2020 and loved it. It was very powerful, stayed charged for ages, and left my teeth feeling very clean. What the heck is this new model?! It’s about 30% smaller in size, feels like a lightweight plastic piece of junk, and 1/10th the power and weight of the older version! It doesn’t even feel like it’s doing anything, you have to brush as aggressively as you would with a manual/non-electric toothbrush to get any cleaning done. It’s sooo soft and powerless - it actually feels like the battery is dying. At first I thought it was lol And what is the USB charger for? Who has a USB port in their bathroom? Cheapskates. If costs are going up, why not just charge more for the product? Instead of significantly reducing quality to this pathetic cheap piece of junk. Hey Target - it’s wrong of you to keep product reviews on the old version, misleading customers to purchase an entirely new design.
Kinda cheap really

This is dead about a year and a half after purchase. The button covering wore off within 6 months. Poor quality. My husband has the older model that's been going for a decade. This is the updated one and it was not worth my money. Will not be buying from this brand again for myself.
the product has great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this electric toothbrush. It is light to handle and the bristles clean well. I just traveled to London with it and it performed beautifully there!
Cute, but does it really clean?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is really cute. I wanted to replace my old workhorse, a Sonicare from 2015. It still worked great, and I just replaced the brush heads. I threw it out when I received this one (the white surface was beginning to yellow), but I wish I hadn't! The new product is very small and has an extremely soft touch. It doesn't feel like I'm getting my teeth really clean.

I've used Philips Sonicare Items for many years. This latest toothbrush is light weight and easy to use. The only draw back is the USB charger. I don't know many people who have a USB port in their bathroom so you'll need an adaptor. Otherwise, it cleans well with just the right amount of pressure.

I love how clean this gets my teeth! I hate the vibration but it's worth it because of how they look after. It does what a normal toothbrush cannot! However, I do wish they made a larger toothbrush head, even there largest is too small in my opinion.

Love this toothbrush. One of the best purchases from Target. I have had it for a while now. Battery life is awesome. I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day. I charge once a week. My only reason of not giving 5 stars is how expensive the replacement heads are. Purchase it, you won’t regret it. I got replacement heads from Amazon - very cheap and they fit. I am a satisfied customer.

This toothbrush is so much better than my older model. Slimmer handle, the power button is easier to use, it's quiet and longer lasting battery. A pleasure to use.
Not happy, quality is not good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not great, i have used better sonicare brushes in the past. Feels too flimsy, already started making a loud noise within few weeks of use. The head have developed a play, it took my old brush 2 years ti get that problem, this brush got in 2-3 weeks. Not happy

The battery lasts just a couple days, which is disappointing compared to my last Phillips toothbrush that went at least a week without requiring a charge. Do yourself a favor and buy a model with more battery capacity. Phillips is better than Oral-B in my experience, just not this one.
Weak and Wimpy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product takes some getting-used-to. But, it works well after gaining comfort. I am disappointed though in the promise that I would receive a free brush refill attachment on purchase only to find out that the offer had EXPIRED once I bought it. Bait-and-switch csuse me to reduce my rating by a FULL STAR.
