A: “4 grams added sugar” (less than one teaspoon, as a tsp would be 5 grams). I so prefer that over an awful aftertaste of an artificial sweetener. Scroll left on the pics. The 5th or 6th pic shows the nutrition.

Meh can they make it better
Why is no one talking about how hard this is .. it feels like it’s cutting my tongue and gums like eating glass tiny chips and even after sitting in the milk for a while it’s still hard Also why is the bag inside the box so much smaller it’s giving scam

Not sure why this has such low stars. Literally the macros of a protein bar for one serving - it’s unreal. And it doesn’t have that nasty aftertaste that all other protein cereals have. I mix it with Special K Fruit & Yogurt cereal and it’s delicious

I would never buy this product again
I couldn't have been more disappointed in this cereal. First it was way over priced for what you got. Second there was enough berries to fill the size of a quarter in the palm of your hand. the berry pieces were hardly identifiable in the bag, just little specs that didn't add up to one whole berry. Very disappointing. I work at the grocery store and not only would not buy it again, if I see someone looking at the product I tell them not to buy it.

I really like this cereal, it reminds me of a regular cereal I won't name that—as a recently diagnosed LADA (adult Type 1 diabetic) —need to avoid. It's not cloyingly sweet, has a nice berry hint and visible almond slice bits. For me, this is a great late night snack with almond milk. I have a hard time maintaining weight, so an extra 20g of protein without spiking glucose and not another chalky protein bar is awesome! Please keep it in production, Post!

It's one of the worst tasting things I've ever forced myself
I bought 2 boxes of this because the nutrients are way better than most breakfast cereal but the taste is so bland and chalky. The flakes are very hard and don't seem to dissolve with saliva which gives the feeling of eating sand. It's not inedible but no matter how much I want to like it, I can't see myself purchasing this again.

Great Alternative Protein Source
Great protein source without having to eat a heavy meat sourced protein plus one can only eat so much meat and egg whites every day. I pair this cereal with Ripple Unsweetened Milk for an added boost. I also like to add a banana on top if I have one on hand. Does this have the consistency of Frosted Flakes, no. At this time, you’re not going to get both. I choose to get that protein in with this decent tasting cereal.

Glad I tried it.
I love that it doesn’t have any artificial sweetener aftertaste like that awful Keto cereal by Kelloggs. Perhaps some see it as expensive but actually is cost effective as it provides a good source of protein (I mean, what do other cereals provide you??) Someone complained about texture: that didn’t even cross my mind while I ate it.

Best High Protein Cereal ever
I like this flavor slightly better than the chocolate flavor. I eat over 4 oz Greek Yogurt with added roasted almonds. The numbers are there for me. I LOVE THIS CEREAL. Please never discontinue. I am 9 mos out from gastric bypass surgery and this fulfills my nutritional needs perfectly, plus it feels like a TREAT. You should definitely marketing to bariatric practices across the planet.
