Strongly built but lack of secure attachment
Had the radios for a little while for caving, in particular deep pits especially if there's water flowing that makes shouting impossible over 200+ ft. Only complaint is there's no secure way of attaching them to the harness, just the crappy clips, nothing for a lanyard or carabiner. They've gotten dropped twice now, about 30 ft. Only damage is the volume knob broke off. Dewalt, if you read this can you send me a new volume knob? Thanks!

Just an ok radio
Will tune in a local station but those stations a distance away are hard to tune in and usually have a lot of static. Just ok, it will do if you are close to the radio station. Otherwise I reccomend a better quality radio.

I expected better from DeWalt
This is the 3rd set of DeWalt radios I've purchased in 5 years. The talk button always ends up getting worn out and no matter how hard you press it cuts out in the middle of your sentence. Also the plastic swivel belt clips always break and it's very difficult to find replacements for them. Other than that they work very well. I'm a huge fan of DeWalt power tools but I'm going to look at different brands for my next purchase of 2way radios.
