Definitely one of my favorite flavors by far! It doesn’t clump and it goes down super smooth. I’ve already ordered it three times already! It powers me through my workouts as well. I definitely get some kind of itch in my face when I take it but I get that with any pre.

Steady energy

Pre Lift

I’ve tried so many pre workout powders and Pre Lift is my #1 go too. It packs a punch and carries me through. It never lets me down. I’ve been using it for over 2yrs and I must say it’s the best pre workout I’ve ever used.
