I don't hate it. It's a bit heavier than what I was expecting. When I read the work milk I thought it would be a lightly, milky consistency. It's a bit too greasy for the daytime, so I only apply it at night if my skin absolutely needs it. You will feel a little stinging if your skin barrier is compromised.

I’ve been using this a few days now bc I needed something that has niacinamide for my dry skin. So far I really like how it makes my skin feel and it does seem to be helping with the dryness! Very exciting bc nothing. else has. My one teeny complaint is the smell. It’s not overpowering but up close it does have a slight ammonia smell. So my one recommendation is maybe adding a little fragrance to help out (NGL I was sitting on my couch thinking I smelled dog pee and I think it was the moisturizer..yikes)

this is one of my favorite urea lotions now. urea has an odd smell and can have a subtle burning sensation but it goes away. I always layer a lotion with scent to mask the smell of this type of lotion. this helps my kp bumps and makes my skin feel really soft. I don't know why people are saying it pills? I have had no issues. I do put it on wet skin so maybe that helps?

This is first product in this line I have purchased that I am a little disappointed with. It must be the urea as I have tried other urea based body lotions in the past and all of them pill, pill and pill. This one is no different for me so again the common factor in all of them is the urea. I followed the directions, did not overuse and rubbed into my skin and within five minutes after applying it ....BAM pilling pilling and more pilling. I feel like I am shedding it is so bad. I will still use it but only at night as I take my shower in the morning and also only use it 2-3 nights per week. Such a shame!
