Q: Can the child pedal(not just free spin pedal, I mean really pedal) while the steering handle is in on any of the radio flyer trikes?

Replacement

Purchased this to replace the one we have. It has lasted over 15 years and has been ridden by most of our 20+ grandkids. And they love it. Hope the quality is as good as the first one.

Perfect for your little one

This is great! It let's my 2 year old fit in with his older siblings with their bikes. He loves it, especially the little compartment in the back to store stuff in! When you put it together make sure you tighten the handle bar well! I thought I did but it wasn't tight enough and came apart after the 3rd day. I re-tighted it very tight and no issues.

Steer and Stroll Trike

Our grandson love his new tricycle. It is a quality bike. His parents love the handle in the back so they can easily push him until his feet master pedaling. We are very happy with this purchase!

Fun little tricycle

Very cute tricycle! Grandson isn't big enough to use the pedals yet but he has lots of fun being driven around by adults. The high bars make it easy for adults to push him. It is very responsive and easy to use.

This is a very well made training bike for a preschool child who doesn't not yet have the coordination to pedal using alternate feet but wants to ride a tricycle. Impressed with the design and materials!

Well built, very convenient and fun. Bell has lead in it.

Definitely seems like a well built trike when it comes to the long living parts. The basket is all plastic and probably will break soon. Don't forget to add a bit of lube as you assemble the bike as there's no factory lube in the components that you're assembling. We tested the bell because we were suspicious when our kid liked licking it, and discovered that the center nut has lead in it - the swab turned red. We removed the bell.

Dangerous toy- should be recalled

The handlebars came loose while my 3 year old was pedaling, completely fell apart on him, which also happened when we were in the crosswalk! The tricycle had been put together following the directions and had been tightened appropriately. It was such a disappointment for my little one, and scary for me because we were crossing the street and he could have been seriously injured!

Dont waste your money

Only a few months after using this bike the handle no longer turns. My son was riding it and it completely fell to pieces. He fell on his face. This is not safe.
