Barilla Oven-Ready Lasagne pasta does not require boiling before baking, simply add it directly to your pan and bake. The wide flat pasta, lasagne sheets, originally made by the Romans were called lasagne. Lasagne later came to refer to a pasta dish, also known as lasagna, cooked in a pot using long flat pasta lasagne sheets, layered with minced meat, cheese, and tomatoes. The taste of this lasagna is fine but it's really difficult to work with. I think it's due to the smooth surface. Everything from sauce to cheese slips and slides right off. I mean, it's lasagna so it just gets scooped up but it's more of a nuance than anything.

Very thin - couldn’t even taste any noodle in the lasagna. Will not buy again - tasted like noodle-less lasagna.

The Best Yet!
This was about my third time making lasagna, but my first time using these noodles. These are easily the best. I don’t eat red meat, so I only make ground turkey or ground chicken lasagna, but everything turned out amazing. I’m not sure if the people here don’t know how to cook lasagna, but there’s no reason for the bad reviews!!!

Taste Terrible
These noodles taste terrible like cardboard. Regular lasagna noodles can be cooked by the same method without boiling-they cook in the sauce. So there's no advantage in buying these noodles. They taste terrible and take a long time to cook. Also, the contents of the lasagna were overcooked because the noodles took so long to cook. Would not buy again.

Never again....
Disgusting! Absolutely the worst pasta I have ever used to make lasagna! Such a waste of sauce and cheese. I couldn’t eat it because the noodles ruined the entire thing. The texture is like pasta that has been ground up to make pasta again. Never again.

Easy and delicious, be sure to use enough sauce
So much easier and faster than regular lasagna noodles. Be sure to follow the directions on the box and use plenty of sauce. I have made both regular lasagna and spinach artichoke lasagna with white sauce and both were delish.

Sufficient for basic lasagna
Let’s be clear- there’s important lasagna, what you’d bring to someone’s house, serve your guests, or make for a loved one during a tough time… and then there’s everyday, regular nbd Garfield lasagna, when you rather just throw some stuff in the oven and call it a day. These are for the latter. I usually set my oven to about 350, put it in covered with foil for about 30min or until cheese is melty, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes or so until it’s bubbly and your desired level of golden on top. Is it the best lasagna ever? Maybe not, but it still tasted good.

Absolutely amazing!
I love Barilla products but this one is absolutely amazing. The noodles are thinner than traditional noodles, which I prefer, more flavor and less dough-y. Cooks perfectly and no boiling hassle. Short of eating freshly made noodles, there is nothing on the market like these.

Short noodles!
These are not “full length” lasagna noodles, but that isn’t indicated anywhere in the description, so when ordering online, you can’t tell! Was so bummed to get home and find these mini sheets, that I couldn’t use in the intended recipe. I’m sure they taste fine, just never would have ordered such short noodles.

These do not taste or have the texture of pasta at all. I bought these because my store was out of regular ones and hoped they would work. I will never use these again. Not one person in my family was able to finish their piece of lasagna and it is usually a favorite here.

I never write reviews but this pasta was so bad I had to. It didn’t expand at all and it just didn’t taste good. Because it didn’t expand, the edges turned got overlooked and burned even though I cooked it in the oven according to instructions on the box.
