I started buying Cream of Wheat after eating Grape Nuts for months. It's easier on the stomach - and is easier to make without milk or additional additives. One box lasts up to three days if you make a double serving ( ⅓ cup dry ) for one person for breakfast and dinner.

Ridiculous and unsanitary packaging.
I love Cream of Wheat in general. But the packaging is terrible. It's stored in a cardboard box, no plastic holding the contents inside. It states on the box that it's been a "tradition since 1893" and you would think a product that's been around for that many years would update their packaging. Maybe I'm OCD, but I felt like the product could easily be contaminated for not having an inner seal. So gross, I threw it out.

Super easy and quick to prepare. I use a measuring cup to be precise. 1.5 cups of milk and 3 table spoons of cream of wheat. Heat up u til becomes thick. My 2 year old loves this for breakfast every morning. Add sugar, vanilla and cinnamon powder. Nutmeg (optional).
