A: The GoFit 40Lb Adjustable Weighted Vest is designed for walking, running or other exercise activity. Generally these activities would last 30-60 minutes per day. Before starting any workout or adding any weight resistance to your workout, you should consult with your physician about your planned activity, to make sure it is appropriate for you with your current health and physical ability. Your physician should also be able to tell you of any warning signs you will need to be attentive to to avoid injury.

A: The GoFit Weighted Vest 40Lb has 43 weight packets. Each packet weights approximately .90Lbs. The vest itself weights approximately 1-1.5Lbs.
