Fun for a change and yummy yummy

These wide egg noodles are my fav by far. Topped w homemade pasta sauce and yellow, summer and zucchini squash - they are delish. They're a little pricey vs regular penne or spaghetti but worth it. I try to catch them on sale and get a couple at a time. They don't go quite as far as regular boxed pasta but could if used as a side dish.

I will only buy this brand. If you think all noodles are just noodles - no! Try these, they are amazing. I cook mine in chicken broth, minced garlic and once drained, I toss with butter. THE BEST!
