Not as good
I used to get at least three weeks of shaving out of one Gillette blade. These days if I get ten days I'm lucky The current Gillette blades do not last. They can say what they want but I am going to switch to another brand.

Misleading advertising
I was confused about the description. So I called and spoke to someone to make sure I understood correctly. On the website it says, “ SANDALWOOD SHAVE SOAP W/ BOWL”. It also Says, “ free refill included”. The person on the phone assured me that I would get the soap and the bowl plus a free refill. I didn’t get an additional free refill just the soap in the bowl. I think that advertising is very misleading. And I’ve been a customer for a long time.

Good but I won't buy it again
The scent is good but the first couple of times I tried it, I couldn't get a lather. The soap creates a foam but it's more like regular soap foam and dries quickly. It doesn't really great a protective and whipped cream like lather for the blade to glide better.

Fusion 5 is a Terrible product/purchase.5
I bought a 12 pack of these blades. Extremely disappointed with the performance and results using this razor. It's like using a butter knife to cut a steak. Horrible and I change the refill blade like every other shave. And I still have to use my wife's disposable razors to get a clean shave. Awful and they were no cheap! 12 cartridges that won't last a month! Disgusted.

Was at one time my favorite
I have been using your products for many years. I get them when I am in Orlando or order online. You don't have the same products or Quality. The Cypress and Sandalwood cologne was my favorite but no longer available and I am old school with a Badger hair brush and Sandalwood cake soap. It seems that you have changed the formula and It doesn't last as long with a higher price. Many other Quality products available. I hope you get your swagger back!

Bring back original microfin
Why did you change the microfin on the Gillette Fusion 5? These new ones are not good. I have been using your products for 20 years. I fell in love with the Gillette Fusion 5 as soon as it hit the market, and I have been extremely satisfied with it; it always delivered exactly what you advertised—a smooth shave. The new microfin that you replaced the original ones with are bad! My skin remains irritated, the shave is no longer as smooth as it used to be, and I can feel stubble on my face during the day, which I have never experienced before! Please, whose idea was it to change the microfin? Bring back the original product to the market. These new microfin are a huge disappointment!"
