I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I was very excited to receive my purchase, but unfortunately, the item I received was not what I ordered. I specifically ordered “golden confetti,” but instead I received a plain “golden” item. This was quite frustrating, as it did not meet my expectations. In addition, the delivery experience was also unsatisfactory. The delivery person left the package in the building’s ground-floor courtyard instead of bringing it to my door. This was inconvenient and did not feel secure. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. I hope you can look into this issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Normally love buying this pack. But the one I recently bought for my daughter pretty much all were defected. The moment you add air they pop and they were all melted together when I would try to take them apart they rip. Luckily I bought the 2 smaller packs in case in needed them … end just using the 2 smaller packs I bought.

Pretty good balloons
The balloons seem to be pretty good quality. They're thick and don't pop easily. I blew them up by mouth, and they're actually still mostly inflated a month later. My one issue with them is that the metallic ones don't actually look as vibrant as in the pictures. The rest of the balloons are pretty accurately shown.

Cute balloons but they don’t last very long. Inflated with helium at 10pm and the next morning a few were no longer floating then a few hours later they were all on the floor. I would use them in a balloon stand but not for floating.

I purchased this base on the price and want to practice to make a balloon stand for my daughter’s 1 year birthday, by the way I had very low expectation in the beginning but It turned out great, balloons stay up until a few days after and colors was nice, although I thought the metallic is more deep but once the air pump inside the balloon, the metallic color turned see through which was fine. As you can see in photos. I plan to use this for future events as well.

The picture is deceptive.
I was definitely deceived by the picture. The Mylar purple balloons are NOT included among the count as pictured. The colors are not as vibrant as shown. Very dull looking.
