We’ve had this toaster for barely four months and it just stopped work. Prior to this it would constantly burn my bread at even the lowest setting. I’ve learned my lesson on getting cheap things like this… sometimes it’s worth investing a little bit more for better appliances.

I'm finding it difficult to say anything positive about this product other than it's slim & fits nicely on the countertop. No matter what setting I put it on or what type of bread I put in, it burned on one side. I dialed it down to the lowest setting & still everything burned. I would normally donate something that didn't work for me but this went straight into the trash

I didn't know a toaster could cause me so much grief. It really wants to burn toast, there is no mastering it. It also doesn't touch the top of the smallest slice of bread. I've tried for 11 months to be the incompetent owner but I could do it no longer and threw it away today. No toast is better than this toaster's toast.
