This all-in-1 micellar cleansing water is a facial cleanser and waterproof makeup remover that is surprisingly powerful, yet gentle on skin. First time every using a product like this to remove my make up. I wear a 36 hour foundation so nothing takes it off, I mean nothing. But this does and it just melts off in one or two passes. No need to scrub or rub. And its safe for sensitive skin imo I break out over everything.

I dont know if the formula changed, but this leaves an oily residue on my skin. You can see how the oil sits on top. It claims it has no oil, no alcohol, and no fragrance.

Oily!!!!

They say not oil based, but it is very oily. I have shaken it a few times & oil has separated from water and just makes my face a greasy mess, I have only had this product for 1 month. I contacted them online & get only AI response. So not helpful.

Nasty Mold or Bacteria growing in my bottle

I bought this bottle of micellar water about a month ago and something is growing in it. Disgusting. I googled to see if anyone else has the same issue and I found article by Allure where they asked Garnier about a reddit post about it and they said it was an isolated incident and that no other consumers have made any complaints... Here I am Garnier, another complaint.

This micellar water leaves an oily residue on my face, despite advertising that it does not contain oil. It does do a decent job of removing waterproof mascara, but I definitely prefer the vitamin C one.

Second Choice. bring back the pads!

This product is...fine. I bought it after a failed desperate search of every drugstore I passed in multiple cities for Garnier's makeup remover pads. I guess they stopped making them? GUYS. Bring them back. I use this giant jug of liquid when I'm at home with cotton rounds, but it takes longer, the amount that comes out onto the pad is kind of hard to control, and most importantly - you've discontinued your best travel option! Your competitors' products (that I've been able to find) are inferior, and I can't take this on a plane. (And I wouldn't want to pack liquid & cotton rounds in my checked luggage). I'm begging you, give me the pads!

Felt very oily

I am not sure if the formula has changed, but this feels like you’re rubbing baby oil onto your face. This product made me break out, mind you I’ve been purchasing this product for years and never had this issue. I also purchased two different bottles to see if maybe there was a problem with one of the bottles, but both of these bottles have an oil texture liquid. Very disappointed.

My lashes have fallen out.

Ok so I’ve used all in 1 waterproof Micellar cleaning water for the last year. Prior to that I’d used regular baby oil. I needed to purchase a new bottle a few weeks ago and they were out of it sooooo I bought the All in 1 hydrating ROSE WATER instead thinking it’d be fine, there can’t be that much difference. WRONG. I have always had nice thick lashes. Full and long. Last week I noticed a “hole” a spot of lashes were missing from my left eye. Just thought it was strange but whatever I’m a stylist things happen I know this. Well fast forward to present and I’m missing TONS of lashes. And I mean tons. It is ridiculous. I can’t believe this product is being sold.
