A: This is the smaller version, a typical hand-sized board book -- the only way I've been able to tell is that the large one has 14 pages and this one has 26.

A: Yes they are hard and durable. My boy has had this book since he was 10 months. He is now almost two and is intact. He loves it and uses it very often.

Its compact size makes it great for travel, yet the small images aren’t ideal for daily shared reading at home. With updated vocabulary and slightly larger (not sure maybe it is available in larger book version), more varied photos, this little book could feel fresh again.
