I really love the product and how it hydrates my face. The pump started to fail about 1/4 through it and just got harder and harder to use. Wish there was another way to apply it.

This face wash has made such a difference for me. I started using it when my skin was feeling sensitive and red postpartum, and it really helped calm everything down. It’s also super gentle, which is exactly what I need right now. I’ve noticed I’m reaching for less concealer, especially around my nose and cheeks. I just wish I’d tried it sooner.

Love the face wash, hate the bottle. It keeps getting stuck down and needs to be pulled up with wet hands.

I have pale skin that is sensitive and always red, with roseacea flare ups on occasion. But what really put me onto this product was a recent “blue light therapy” treatment at my dermatologist. After the treatment, as expected my face was on fire, blisters, peeling and painful. This foam wash was a lifesaver! It is soothing, smells wonderful and has zero residue. I absolutely would give it ten stars if I could. I still use it daily. Highly recommended. Just a few pumps and you will have a handful of foam, a bottle lasts a long time.

Normal packaging. No scent. Good texture. I'm using twice per day in the morning and evening. My skin is very clean and fresh. Removes extra thing from face effectively. Have no info about ingredients.

This works fine, but I find the fragrance so strong and off-putting that I can't bring myself to use it. I didn't check the label bc it literally didn't occur to me they would put fragrance in a product meant for sensitive skin. I won't make that mistake again!!

I expect products for "Redness-Prone, Sensitive Skin" to be fragrance free. I am very disappointed to find that this face wash is not fragrance free. I will be changing back to the Aveeno Foaming Face Wash that I previously used. Very disappointed.

Formula has changed! Been using this product off and on for 15+ years. And my son has been using for years now also. He used tonight and broke out in a rash across his face. Itchy and uncomfortable. It also spread to hives on his arms. I’ve read other reviews now that it’s causing rash in lots of people. I would not recommend especially since it is geared towards those of us with sensitive, redness prone skin.

It’s fine. I usually like Cetaphil products, but this one’s smell is a bit strange to me and it doesn’t feel like it’s doing any deep cleaning. It’s just okay. Gets my face clean, but I’m not wowed and probably won’t be purchasing again.

I purchased this because it was recommended for redness. But after a few days, I noticed that I was having a reaction to it. I did notice the light scent when I used it but figured that it was ok since it's for redness reduction but that has to be why I eventually got a reaction.

I have very sensitive skin plus rosacea,but this face cleanser is a hidden gem! So gentle and hypoallergenic , works very well for me . Good ingredients and decent price .

I have oily red skin. When I started testing it, I thought it was effective, but it doesn't clean grease as well as other types of detergents. The most important thing is that it is without perfume. The packaging is very convenient. The ingredients are natural and very good. The price is average but I really liked the Benefit wash.
