Looks like it gives you arch support but it really doesn't, and it doesn't give you support on the ball of your foot either, very flimsy material, wore them for the first time for work made my feet bleed

I my feed tend to sweat a lot and these insole kept my feet nice and dry. I notice I had a lot a support my shoes where even more comfort when I had to work long shifts. It took probably 2-3 days to grow used to the extra curve in the foot which is a good thing as my foot is slightly flatter than it should be. My only complaint is though I hoped after a few weeks I wouldn't notice my 9-9.5 foot the insert stops right where my toes arch as I can feel the lip of the insert almost all the time. It doesn't hurt but makes the insert a little less seamless.

They’re fine for everyday wear, but as a runner, they hurt my feet and aren’t very comfortable on my longer runs. They don’t necessarily feel low quality, I think that they just don’t work well with the shape of my feet.

The product claims to be "no-trim" and is accurate in that claim. The insert would fit within a men's size 8 shoe just as well as a 13. However, it lacks support in the ball of your feet, where the rubber insert is super thin. The semi hard plastic around the arch provides support, but turns comfortable shoes into tight fits. I tried wearing these in my everyday shoes for a little over the month and I found more comfort by removing them. I'm glad to be able to test this product as it was one I was considering, but I did not see positive results.

I didn’t expect much beyond a basic cushion, but these insoles were better than that. The standout benefit was how well they helped fill out a couple of shoes that had just a bit too much room in the toe or midfoot. Rather than swapping to thicker socks or dealing with that slight heel slip all day, the insoles gave a snugger, more secure fit without feeling bulky. That alone made them worth the try. In terms of comfort, they provide good support right where you need it, at the heel, arch, and ball of foot, without dramatically altering the feel of the shoes. I wore them in both dress shoes and more casual boots, and they blended in well without making anything feel off-balance or awkward. They’re not miracle workers if your shoes are wildly uncomfortable to begin with, but for small fit improvements and all-day wear, they’re a solid, inexpensive upgrade. Definitely worth keeping a few pairs on hand for shoes that need just a little extra something.
