    Tv insurance is a fraud

    I no longer have the tv that’s needs this protection that why should I have to pay for coverage if I don’t have the item? I want a full refund !!! It’s wrong to pay for this insurance when I won’t have the tv it’s being returned. I want my refund !!

    Bogus plan

    This protection plan borders on fraud. Details of coverage are not available until it is purchased. This plan was supposed to be three years parts and labor. After buying it online I found out the coverage limitation only covered up to the purchase price over the three years.

    Do Not Buy

    Don’t waste your money. I’m in the process of trying to use this right now and the hoops they are making me jump through and the amount of time they are dragging this out aren’t worth it. For what we spent ($79) I am very disappointed.

    Lost picture on our ROKU five months before our warranty expired. Very easy company to work with. The tech was able to solve the problem over the phone by giving me very easy directions to follow. So worth the money to have the protection.
