This really works! Amazing!
I have cough variant asthma, meaning I get a severe bronchial cough any time I have even a small cold. It usually takes me 3-4 weeks to get over even a minor upper respiratory infection, even with prednisolone steroids and other prescription drugs. I recently tried these Zicam medicated fruit drops and I never developed a cough and my cold symptoms have been minimal compared to my usual. I still am taking cold meds, but Zicam has definitely minimized my symptoms compared to usual, and my cold has almost resolved after just five days. This product is amazing and tastes good too, with a bit of zippy zing like carbonation while in your mouth. Highly, highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Zicam Cold Remedy drops and they did help with shortening my cold, but the flavor variety was hit or miss. The orange and lemon flavors were great—pleasant and soothing. However, the cherry flavor was awful. It tasted nasty and I couldn’t stand it. If you’re picky about flavors, I’d definitely recommend sticking with the citrus ones. The zinc did seem to speed up my recovery, though, so I can’t complain too much overall.

Not for everyone but works for me
I works for me but not for my husband. So with that being said I realize that it may not be for everyone. He had his tonsils taken out so I wonder if that is part of it. However with me it has made a huge difference. I don't stay sick as long. I let it dissolve in my mouth and don't drink for at least 15 minutes. I don't do any OJ or citrus so it doesn't counter it yatta yatta... I truly think that it makes it an uncomfortable environment for the baddies so they can proliferate like they want to. There is some soft evidence that does back up my theory. My nose doesn't get as funky as it used to as well. I'm grateful for these guys.

Easy for on-the-go use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping to be able to review this product after having gotten sick, but coincidentally, I only started feeling sick today and my review is due! I did go ahead and start taking the Zicam homeopathic medicated fruit drops today. The gummy’s themselves are soft and easy to chew and taste great. There are plenty of drops in the bottle to last more than your duration of illness. I’ve taken others Zicam products before, and feel that they do help with the duration of my colds, so I am hopeful that this product will help shorten the lifespan of my current cold as well.

The ingredients also look very good although it gave me a little acidity. And if it has any effect, I say a little because I was starting to feel a little bad and taking one had an effect very quickly.

They actually work
I really love these (aside from the dyes in them) they really do work! They’ve helped me through Covid and multiple colds. At first I thought it was a placebo but after taking them everytime I’ve gotten sick for the past year I can tell they truly work. They will not shorten an infection obviously but they do lower the inflammation with sinus infections I’ve noticed as well!
