Quick and versatile, this gnocchi cooks up in minutes, making it perfect for easy weeknight dinners or special family meals. Enjoy simply tossed with butter and fresh herbs, with classic tomato marinara or in rich cream sauce, coated in fresh pesto, or with butter and cheese sauce. Gnocchi is also an easy and delicious addition to hearty soups, cheesy baked pasta dishes, skillet recipes and more. Crafted in an egg-free, nut-free facility, DeLallo Potato Gnocchi is a versatile pantry staple to keep on hand for effortless, authentic Italian cooking.

Cooking Preparation:
STOVETOP: Cooks in 2-3 minutes.
1. Bring 4 quarts of salted water to a rolling boil in a pot.
2. Stir in the gnocchi.
3. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until all the gnocchi float to the surface.
4. Drain in a colander. Enjoy with your favorite DeLallo sauce.

SKILLET: Cooks in 6-8 minutes. Skillet gnocchi is crispy on the outside while light and fluffy in the middle.
1. Melt 3 tbsp. of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add gnocchi straight from the package. Toss in the butter to coat evenly. Stir occassionally.
3. Cook for approx. 6-8 min. or until the gnocchi become golden brown and the edges begin to crisp.
4. Remove from heat and serve. Try them with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese or fresh herbs. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

AIR FRYER: Cooks in 8-10 minutes.
1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F.
2. Place the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
3. Air-fry for 8-10 min or until they become golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through to cook evenly.
4. Serve hot. Try them with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

    Easy weeknight meal

    Great tasting gnocchi

    ok but not authentic taste

    The gnocchi is convenient as it is shelf stable. Size of package is smaller than some other comparable brands for the same price. The texture is a little lacking due to staying fairly firm and dense after cooking without lightening to a softer texture. This doesn't provide an authentic gnocchi experience but is ok as a quick addition to a meal if you're in a rush. Other shelf stable brands cook better.

    Tasty gnocchi!

    Easy to cook and versatile

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made this gnocchi in two different ways. On the box, it suggests putting them in the air fryer and dipping in marinade sauce. They were delicious this way and even my picky 11 year old loved them! Next, I made them into a Chicken Gnocchi soup. This was the real winner! Simple to use, the gnocchi was soft but not mushy. It floats to the top when done, and cooks in only 3-5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this product!

    Decent gnocchi side dish

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never actually trying gnocchi before, I wasn't sure how to cook it or what to expect. I went with the fry it up in butter method and grated some fresh parmesan over the top. I have to say, it did not disappoint. It was subtly crisp on the outside with a soft mashed potato center, and literally took less than 10 minutes. It was a perfect side dish. If I didn't add some flavor to it, I think it might have too plain and bland.

    Easy prep

I added butter, Cajun seasoning and some bacon pieces. The gnocchi have a pretty neutral flavor that will take on the taste of whatever you add to the dish.

    Perfect pillowy perfection! A quick & easy base f

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This DeLallo Gnocchi was the perfect base for a quick & easy weeknight dinner. Although the back has multiple suggested ways to prepare and an inspiring recipe, I decided to look through my pantry to see what I had that would make the perfect “busy work week” meal. I mixed it all together with some pesto, spinach, tomatoes, Parmesan, a touch of cream, and a bit of water. Baked covered for 16 minutes at 450° then uncovered and topped with fresh mozzarella and baked for another 6 minutes until melted and delicious. These gnocchi were perfectly soft, pillowy, bites of pure deliciousness. I love that they are shelf-stable and I can keep my pantry stocked without taking up valuable fridge space, and have them on hand for a plethora of easy to make meals or even snacks. I would definitely buy these again.

    Easy side dish to enhance any meal!

The gnocchi cooked up really fast and I was able to use it with a chicken entree I had made in the slow cooker. It was faster than cooking noodles or rice to use as a base with the entree. These would be good as a side dish with a little butter and parmesan on top too. Everyone in my family enjoyed them and I loved how they were a hearty addition to our meal making our food go further. Highly recommend and love that the texture stayed good once they were cooked and they were not mushy like you sometimes find in other products. Will definitely buy again and will add them into my family's rotation at mealtime.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband made a gorgeous dinner using the gnocchi, he calls it Gnocchi alla Vodka. It was made with vodka sauce, Italian seasoning, gnocchi and ground beef. The gnocchi was very easy to prepare, he boiled it in around 2-3 minutes and then added it to the sauce. It was a very interesting texture, it felt like part pasta, part potato! It was very yummy and we would definitely try it again but try it in a different dish.

    Puffy potato pasta bites

I love them in a creamy chicken gnocchi soup and it is the perfect dish on a cold, rainy night with a loaf of fresh bread.
