This lead is too light of color when writing. I compared it to other lead and others create a darker appearance on paper. I wanted to try this one because it was cheaper and now I’m just going to throw it away and still buy the good lead refill

Perfect for those new pencils that use the bigger lead
I purchased these for my daughter to use at school. She found some new lead pencils that she really liked but they used this thicker lead. It wasn’t available at the other stores so I was super happy that Target sold this size. They come in a small container so that she can add to her pencil case and you can always use a bonus eraser. Will buy again if she uses them all up and still has that style pencil.
