Disappointed — broke quickly
I bought the Threshold Apothecary Glass Soap/Lotion Dispenser during a bathroom sale. At first, it looked really nice — the glass is thick and strong, and the amber color is pretty. Unfortunately, after filling it for the second time, the part where it closes snapped. The dispenser stick is very long and awkward, which makes it hard to use, and I wish it were shorter. Overall, it didn’t even last two weeks before breaking, which was very disappointing. I like the style, but the functionality is poor and it doesn’t hold up well.

Wanted to Love
Wanted to love this bottle. Would give the look 5 stars. But unfortunately, the bottle is really flawed. Very shortly after getting it the outside exterior with the amber color began to peel off of the bottle like a sticker. The bottle itself is actually just normal glass and the Amber color is a coating around it that comes off really easily. As it does, it causes a huge mess, which is frustrating and then you lose of course your Amber color. But beyond that in addition to that, the bottle top is a mess. The black part of the lid begins to fall off as well. This time slipping upwards to reveal a white cap beneath and in doing so it causes leaking from the bottle which causes soap to be all over the bottle itself and all over your kitchen counter. Overall really wanted to like this item again love the design. It’s beautiful, but the design won’t last very long due to these design flaws.

The soap dispenser is very cute and sturdy, but soap is constantly leaking out from the top. I got tired of constantly having to unscrew the top, wipe it down, and screw it back on after every use.

Not Real Amber
This is not real amber which is impossible to find in the description. The amber coating peels fairly quickly and leaves a residue on my counter. You can buy a real amber glass soap dispenser for the same price elsewhere.

2 months of usage review
The bottle is perfect! However the pump is plastic and cheap. My biggest problem with it is that over time the soap starts coming out of the small gap between the pump head and the base and it creates a buildup of soap that looks dirty. I’ll probably keep the bottles but buy new better quality pumps.
