I like the bed in general but they sent two of the same rails so I can’t attach one of them to the correct side of the bed. Also, there wasn’t enough of the 36mm screws. I had to go get 2 more.

MISSING PARTS! DO NOT BUY!
I do not recommend this bed/manufacturer. It came nicely packaged but I was missing part "M", half the mattress railing. I used their included paperwork for such instances. I called the customer service number, which proceeded to tell me they don't do these type of cases over the phone. It is via online form only. Well, I used their form to ask for the replacement parts and have not heard back in over 3 days. I will follow up at 7 days. If no response I will return the bed and buy another. Horrible customer service as of right now.

Do not buy this product and save yourself some time, money and energy
Cheap quality product and incorrect holes. Part M doesn't have holes for attaching the side rails which makes this product unsafe for kids use.

Great value!
This is a lovely bed that assembles easily and is very sturdy. We used it for our 5 year old granddaughter who is quite petite so we didn’t need to side rails. It allowed us to make perfect use of the expensive crib matt that was only used a few times.

A great bed, but flawed
This is an adorable bed that seems to be very sturdy and great quality for my newly 2 year old. The instructions were very easy to follow. Building things is not my forté but it only took me about an hour (with no help). However, of the sides of the bed did not come with a drilled hole to screw in one of the guardrails on the bottom side. As a result, it’s a bit flimsy and won’t completely stay in place. Definitely disappointing as it was the last piece to be added to the bed, so I had already completed the whole thing before I realized there was a flaw with the bed. Obviously it’s not super safe this way either, because my daughter has already tried to lean against the rail and I immediately heard wood snapping because it’s otherwise screwed in.
