    Good mosquito repellent and moisturizer. Kinda nauseating scent.

    Hate the heavy grandma/baby smell but apparently so do mosquitos which is why I bought this since after showering I didn’t want to spray on more chemicals in the form of true mosquito repellent. It does leave skin super soft so that’s nice once the smell dissipates and I am overly sensitive to scents so it may not bother others. Worked effectively as mosquito repellent for me, which is saying a lot since I’m usually their main course. It’d be nice if there could be a nice middle ground of a more high end scent that still works as mosquito repellent. Even if it were rosemary or mint or some other herb mosquitos hate. Packaging is also nice as the product moves downward with the natural progression of use.

    Drawbacks to new formula

    Ok, so I know they changed the formula because the old stuff was supposed to have formaldehyde and other not safe ingredients. Who knew I was putting stuff that preserves dead bodies on my skin? So I was glad to hear they changed the formula, but it's not anything like the old stuff. It has the same smell, but no longer feels silky smooth once it's absorbed. It leaves a matte finish on my face which used to look dewy. It no longer has that little bit of shimmer in it either. I'm all for safer products but this still needs work to come closer to the original product and how it performed before. Please reformulate again Johnson's. You're a good company but you struck out with this one.

    Updated lotion no longer repels mosquitos

    They updated this lotion and it no longer repels mosquitoes. I put it on my children and myself before a hike and it was like the mosquitoes were drawn to the smell. We were bit numerous times. The previous version worked amazingly and we didn’t get bit all summer. Please go back to the old formula!

    Changed formula
