Q: I have an HP 5660 that i havent used in several years. I want to buy new ink for it. There are 2 cartridges in it both numbered 62 but one is black and the other is tricolor. I dont see a tricolor option. What do I buy?

    Don't Make My Mistake In Counting on Target!

    Purchased 2/16 and delivery continues to be pushed back. It now states online delivery of 3/2. I should have gone to Staples. Live and learn. Seriously, Target. It takes 2 weeks to deliver one ink cartridge?

    First-time problem: Cartridge prints no red hues!

    I am baffled, I've been buying HP color cartridges for decades, no problems ever. This time, I insert the brand new color and black cartridges and after about five 4x6 photo printouts that were colored appropriately, it only prints green blue yellow. All my photos are blue or green-tinted, the red shows up as brown. Much of my color printing is for clients of my small business, so this is really quite awful as I could not print my holiday materials!!! How could this have happened? My current printer is an HP Office Jet All-in-One. Regards,
